近段时间广电总局为促进广播电视节目制作经营行业健康繁荣有序发展，根据《广播电视管理条例》和《广播电视节目制作经营管理规定》等的有关规定，总局决定组织开展全国《广播电视节目制作经营许可证》和《电视剧制作许可证（甲种）》统一换发工作，对广播电视节目制作经营许可证的管理变得更为严格。

Application conditions
:
- 经营者为依法设立的公司。
- 注册资本最低限额为省内业务300万元人民币
- 主要管理人员(不少于3名)的广播电视及相关专业简历、业绩或曾参加相关专业培训证明等材料;
- 有必要的办公场地、办公设施。
- 公司及其主要出资者和主要经营管理人员三年内无违反电信监督管理制度的违法记录。
- 有为用户提供长期服务的信誉或者能力。
- 有必要的技术方案、信息安全保障措施以及拟开展业务的发展计划;广播电视节目制作经营许可证所需材料：
- 法人身份证扫描件及简历；
- 三个以上广播电视相关专业管理人员身份证、学历证扫描件及简历（我方可提供）；
- 营业执照副本扫描件；
- Articles of Association；
- 注册地址房屋租赁协议及产权证明。
