经营范围必须有： 1）从事货物及技术的进出口业务（内资）； 2）XX（此处是指具体进出口的产品类型）的进出口、wholesale，online retail，佣金代理（拍卖除外），及相关配套服务（外资） 时间：时间大概约为20个工作日左右（商委5个工作日+海关5个工作日+检验检疫局1个工作日+外汇管理局1个工作日+电子口岸1个工作日）。

2. 到当地的外经委办理备案登记；
3. 到海关办理自理报关单位注册等级证书；
4. 去外汇管理局办理进出口收汇核销登记；
5. 选一家国外银行开立外汇账户；
6. 去海关办理中国电子口岸登记。
