What licenses are required? List of documents required before setting up a representative office in Vietnam:
- Fill out the application form for establishing an RO and stamp it with the official seal;
- Appointment letter of chief representative containing identification information and stamped with official seal;
- Letter of attorney;
- Company registration certificate and/or company business registration certificate;
- The company’s financial audit report for the most recent financial year;
- Office Lease Contract or Lease Memorandum of Understanding (MoU);
- Legal and valid certification documents from the office lessor。
