2025年深圳市民营及中小企业信息化建设补贴申请指南信息化资助补贴“2025中小企业信息化服务信息发布会”在京召开。工信部相关负责人表示，要通过信息化赋能中小企业，提升专业化能力和水平。

把中小企业的痛点、难点和堵点问题作为信息化服务中小企业的主攻方向，同时加强对中小企业信息化的政策扶持，不断优化中小企业信息化服务环境，调动信息化和中小企业两个市场主体的积极性并开展合作。

深圳企业申请企业信息化建设补贴需要具备哪些条件了？深圳市企业信息化建设补贴的对象包括那些企业？在深圳市注册、Have independent legal personality，设立时间在两年以上已组织实施信息化建设项目或者已建设运营中小企业信息化应用服务示范平台项目，Private and small and medium-sized enterprises that meet other qualifications of this special fund funding plan。

所谓民营企业指注册资本由国内民间资本出资或国内民间资本出资比例占相对控股的企业，and enterprises controlled by the above two types of enterprises。所谓中小企业指符合《中小企业划型标准规定》(Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Joint Enterprise [2011] No. 300)of various enterprises。

深圳市企业信息化建设补贴的条件：Enterprise information construction projects applying for funding must meet the following qualifications:：

1. 在深圳行政区域内注册、从事生产制造业的民营及中小企业，及其在深汕特别合作区投资控股的制造业企业，Have independent legal personality，Established for more than two years；
2. 项目建设期限在2025年1月1日至2025年12月31日之间已竣工验收并形成资产，项目总投资额(excluding tax)在50万元以上、400Less than 10,000 yuan；；
3. The project contractor has sound qualifications、management practices；
4. 项目申报单位财务管理制度健全、management practices，Production and operation or business development are in good condition；
5. 已在相关政府部门申报或已获得市级财政资金资助的项目，No repeated declaration is allowed；曾获得市级财政资金信息化建设项目资助的企业，Its subsequent purchase and implementation of new information construction projects，It takes two years before you can apply for funding；同一信息化系统，只能申请一次资助。
