保安员管理师职业资格鉴定申报条件具备以下条件之一者,可申报保安管理师:(1)After obtaining the professional security guard professional qualification certificate,Continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years,Have received formal training in the skills of a professional security manager and have reached the prescribed standard number of hours.,and obtain a certificate of completion。(2)After obtaining the professional security guard professional qualification certificate,Continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years。

(3)Have a bachelor's degree,After obtaining the professional security guard professional qualification certificate,Continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years,Have received formal training in professional security manager skills and have reached the required standard number of hours.,and obtain a certificate of completion。

(4)Have a master's degree or above,After obtaining the professional security guard professional qualification certificate,Continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year,Have received formal training in the skills of a professional security manager and have reached the prescribed standard number of hours.,and obtain a certificate of completion。(5)Have more than 15 years of service or public security、Safety、trial、Prosecution、Judicial administration work experience。

保安服务活动应当文明、合法，不得损害社会公共利益或者侵犯他人合法权益。 保安员依法从事保安服务活动，受法律保护。对在保护公共财产和群众生命财产安全、预防和制止违法犯罪活动中有突出贡献的保安从业单位和保安员，公安和其他有关部门应当给予表彰、奖励。

保安从业单位有下列情形之一的，责令限期改正，给予警告；情节严重的，并处1万元以上5万元以下的罚款；有违法所得的，没收违法所得：

1. 保安服务公司法定代表人变更未经公安审核的；
2. 未按照本条例的规定进行备案或者撤销备案的；
3. 自行招用保安员的单位在本单位以外或者物业管理区域以外开展保安服务的；
4. 招用不符合本条例规定条件的人员担任保安员的；
5. 保安服务公司未对客户单位

提供的保安服务的合法性进行核查的，或者未将违法的保安服务

Require

向公安报告的；

1. 保安服务公司未按照本条例的规定签订、留存保安服务合同的；
2. 未按照本条例的规定留存保安服务中形成的监控影像资料、报警记录的。
