，并结合保安服务业近年来发展的新情况、新特点，在《保安员国家职业技能标准（2014年修订）》基础上进行重新修订的。
新版《标准》依据人社部下发的《国家职业技能标准编制技术规范（2025版）》的规定，将保安员职业分为五个技能等级：五级/初级工（原初级保安员）、四级/中级工（原中级保安员）、三级/工（原保安员）、二级/技师（原保安师）、一级/技师（原保安师）。
保安员管理师职业资格鉴定申报条件具备以下条件之一者,可申报保安管理师: (1)After obtaining the professional security guard professional qualification certificate,Continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years,Have received formal training in the skills of a professional security manager and have reached the prescribed standard number of hours.,and obtain a certificate of completion。(2)After obtaining the professional security guard professional qualification certificate,Continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years。

(4)Have a master's degree or above,After obtaining the professional security guard professional qualification certificate,Continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year,Have received formal training in the skills of a professional security manager and have reached the prescribed standard number of hours.,and obtain a certificate of completion。(5)具有15年以上解放军、服役或公安、Safety、trial、Prosecution、Judicial administration work experience。
