中民投完善跨境产融布局

6月8日，中民世界融资租赁股份有限公司（简称“中民世界租赁”）揭牌典礼在天津举办。中民世界租赁正式建立于2025年4月，是由中民投和韩国韩亚银行一起出资建立的中外合资融资租赁公司，计划注册资本金60亿元人民币，初次注册资本金30亿元人民币。

中民世界租赁建立后，着力打造一条专心于细分范畴的专业化、可继续的中民租赁特征开展路途，以“以租养投，以投带租，投融并重，跨越开展”为公司经营策略，定位“航空、航运、动力”为中心事务板块，大力开展海洋工程、冷链物流、新动力和直升机等要点事务，致力于变成“中民投产融联系战略的推进器”。

一起，公司将大力开辟海外商场，以全球视界和区域战略助力实体经济转型晋级，全方位效劳国家走出去及“一带一路”战略。中国民生出资(17.52,0.00,0.00%)股份有限公司（简称“中民投”）总裁李怀珍表示，中民世界租赁是中民投集团的第七家子公司，也是首家中外合资子公司。
