中国飞机租赁公司前ceo潘浩文失联陈爽接任

我国飞机租赁6月19日公告称，董事会注意到若干新闻报导公司首席履行官及履行董事潘浩文可能触及我国政府就有关我国南方航空(本集团的客户之一)进行的若干查询。除媒体所报导的新闻外，董事会并无得到指称查询进程的任何材料，或并无收到任何告诉潘浩文正遭到我国任何类型的查询。

报导称，2025年5月18日至6月26日，潘浩文正处于年假中。6月17日，我国飞机融资租赁收到潘浩文辞职信，将辞任该公司首席履行官及履行董事并即时生效。该公司董事会已尝试联络潘浩文，但仍未成功。董事会已经批准委任公司主席陈爽为首席执行官，6月18日生效。详情请咨询深圳彭易经理。
