这么做好处是不需要去注销，更加方便，但是缺点也很明显，你不去注销，那家店一直放那里，会影响你的个人信用，对你的贷款，出境，高消费等等都有影响。另外提醒一下各位，不要相信所谓的自动注销，对于欠税，偷税，漏税的企业，你的案底会长期留在税务局黑名单上，以后再想去税务局办事，人家会叫你先补税才会给你办事。
