，每年的1月1日到3月31日进行增值电信业务经营许可证的年检工作。 增值电信业务许可证（ISP）年检时有哪些步骤呢？
1、增值电信业务经营许可证年检系统开启，持证单位可从网上提交年检材料； 2、年检系统正常提交年检材料通道关闭，同时开启整改通道，此时间点前未提交年检材料的列入整改范畴。 3、年检系统整改通道关闭，不再接收任何年检材料和年检整改材料。
4、年检印章封存，不再为任何企业办理盖章手续，因企业自身原因未盖章的，按增值电信业务经营许可证未参检处理。 如果企业未参加ISP许可证年检，工信部将视为自动放弃年检，直接吊销ISP许可证。如果企业在年检之前公司发生过变更，ISP许可证也需要完成变更手续，否则直接影响年检结果。
