ICP是互联网信息内容发布平台，类似于招聘网是传播信息的，而EDI证是数据交易中心处理类似于淘宝，各位客户在选择办理EDI或者ICP证的办理时候要明确目标分析，千万不要搞错了。

Application conditions
1、有与开展经营活动相适应的资金，业务经营范围在两个省以上(全国)的注册资本不少于1000万元人民币，省内注册资本不少于100万元人民币;2、提供至少3名以上人员劳动合同，社会保险证明等人员证明材料;3、有与开展经营活动相适应的技术人员。

Things to note
提供3名以上人员劳动合同;部分省份不需要社保，部分省份需技术人员。ICP许可证年检ICP许可证需要年检，在每年的1月4号-3月31号进行，如果没有按时年检或有违规和虚假信息，通信管理局将会吊销你的ICP许可证，并且处罚3年之内不得再办理。
