怎样获取拍卖经营许可证

4. 一名拍卖师（有3年9场拍卖纪录）
5. 法人身份证原件和股东身份证复印件
6. 法人的简历
7. 公司章程实际办理拍卖经营许可证第二次申报资料：
8. shareholder，法人，Proof of identity，简历，学历证明，无犯罪记录证明。
9. 企业营业执照，公章，财务章，人名章
10. 注册资金最少一百万，艺术品类。
11. 场地办公室200以上，拍卖场所160以上，需要产权证或者租赁凭证。
12. 拍卖师，身份证，简历，Educational qualifications，拍卖师证，有两千场拍卖经验。
