国际旅行社出境游资质申请全流程指南（含新规要求）

旅行社业务经营许可证，是根据《旅行社管理条例》第十二条，由国家旅游局政策法规司发布的法定。设立任何类型旅行社，都必须要向相关的旅游行政管理部门提出申请。

申请时，应将事先准备好的文件呈交受理申请的旅游行政管理部门，申请获得批准后，旅游行政管理部门应当向申请获批准的申请人颁发旅行社营业许可证，申请人持旅行社营业许可证向工商行政管理部门领取营业执照。未取得旅行社业务营业许可证的，不得从事旅游业务。

想要获取国际旅行社需要先申请国内社，同时还需要经营满两年；国内社办理资料：1、公司名称2、租赁凭证原件（办公性质）3、法人、监事、股东身份证复印件及U盾（法人提供原件）4、三名导游（导游证原件、身份证原件、个人履历、两寸彩照、交社保），5、法人、总经理履历6、设施设备说明升国际旅行社
