：增项：人才中介服务 1：注册资金50万以上(不需实缴，部分区实缴); 2：实地经营且面积在60平以上(核查); 3：五名大专以上人员且取得人力资源市场从业人员资格证; 4：租赁合同剩余租赁期间要大于半年。

(审批时间长); 5：公司不是本年度成立的，须提供上公司一年度的审计报告; 6：公司经营范围里要有“人才中介服务”。 人力资源许可证办理时长自申请审核自受理之日起20个工作日办结，每年需要年检一次，时间为1到3月。
