存续满一年。前海设立融资租赁公司外商投资融资租赁公司需基本符合以下条件：1、前海融资租赁公司的境外投资者总资产不得低于500万美元，公司注册资本不低于1000万美元，高级管理人员应具有相应专业资质和不少于3年从业经验。

2、中外合资融资租赁公司中的外商出资一般比例不低于25%。（备注：外国投资者的出资比例低于25%的，需要进行审批和登记，取得登记的，颁发在“企业类型”后加注“外资比例低于25%”字样的外商投资企业营业执照。其投资总额项下进口自用设备、物品不享受税收减免待遇，其它税收不享受外商投资企业待遇。
