- 内地入出香港商务车指标，持有人上一年度纳税数额须达到30万元以上。
- 对于投资类指标自申请获准之日起除车辆发生交通事故严重损毁、灭失等特殊情况外，3年内不得更换车辆，不得在同1年内更换主驾驶人和后备驾驶人。
