与条件如下：1．内资企业（办理FV车牌）：属于大陆车入境香港的车牌。

for：注册资本5000万以上、年销售额5000万以上、资产总额5000万以上。已在香港投资1000万港元以上。或3年内纳税额累计达到100w即可。
如果是从香港进入内地的投资者且从非港珠澳大桥口岸入关，粤港车牌（粤Z车牌）

for：在广东山区投资在40万M元（320万G币或人M币）以上，年纳税额达到15万人M币，即可申请办理。

是广东省内注册国有企业、集体企业、民营企业。3年内（含办理当年）纳税累计100万以上。2．外资企业（办理粤Z车牌）：投资广东省，3年内（含办理年度）累计纳税额达到10万元以上。
办理粤港车牌无论是办理粤Z车牌还是FV车牌都需要去广东公an厅下的交通管理部门提交材料，，流程几乎差不多1)、广东省公an厅提交材料；2)、公安厅网站用公司名称注册账号（一家公司只能注册一次）；3)、注册成功以后上传相关材料扫描件，提交备案申请；4)、备案申请经核查通过后会收到“申办流水号”，凭该流水号在网上预约交工商资料的时间；5)、根据情况公安厅会现场核查或者以其他的方式核查；6)、审核通过后到省公安厅领取批准通知书，（粤Z车牌到香港交通运输署办理禁区纸）7)、省公安厅办理车辆行驶证；8)、海关验车、上牌（香港）；粤港车牌近几年越来越热门，港珠澳大桥的权限贯通再加上今年8月26日，深圳莲塘口岸的通关，粤港车牌将迎来进一步的爆发，对有需求的企业，粤港车牌申请需要尽快，随着后期办理成本与下放的指标减少，粤港车牌将随之水涨船高。
