申请粤港车牌的条件有两种，只需要达到其中一种就可以办理： 第一种条件：申请粤港车牌的公司需要注册资本5000万元以上、年销售额5000万元以上、资产总额5000万元以上，第二种条件：申请粤港车牌的公司已在香港投资1000万港元以上、并已在广东省外经贸厅办理核准手续的国有企业、集体企业、民营企业，可以申请1辆内地出港商务车。
内地商务车入出港澳行驶牌证不予增办。鉴于外资企业、“三来一补”企业已享受办理港澳私人小汽车入出内地行驶牌证政策，不予办理内地商务车入出港澳行驶牌证。also，已办理出港公务车的企业不再办理内地商务车入出港澳行驶牌证。
