Port communication粤港澳大湾区合作发展纳入广东自由贸易区改革开放重点5月4日，国务院印发了《进一步深化中国(广东)自由贸易试验区改革开放方案》明确，以粤港澳大湾区建设、粤港澳合作、泛珠三角区域合作等为重点，加快建设粤港澳大湾区国际航运、国际金融、国际科技创新的重要承载区，打造与港澳营商环境对接、经济发展协同的合作体系。
方案》提及，将建设国际航运枢纽，扩大对21世纪海上丝绸之路沿线国家和地区港口的投资，打造全球港口链。畅通与香港之间的物流大通道，创新与香港港口的通关模式，发展海空联运中转业务，建立与香港机场的快件海空联运、铁空联运通道。also，还将打造高端航运服务集聚区、建设国际贸易中心等。
《方案》还明确，将推进广州南沙粤港深度合作区先行区、粤澳产业园、粤澳信息港、广东海洋经济综合示范区和横琴国际休闲旅游岛等重大项目建设。建设粤港澳青年创新创业合作示范基地。推进南沙粤港澳(国际)青年创新工场、前海深港青年梦工场、横琴澳门青年创业谷等粤港澳青年创新创业平台建设。
支持粤港澳机构(银行机构除外)合作设立人民币海外投贷基金，为企业“走出去”开展投资、并购提供投融资服务。主动对接与“一带一路”沿线国家和地区的合作项目，完善“前港、中园、后城”的合作模式。与“一带一路”沿线国家和地区自由贸易园区在投资、trading、金融等方面开展功能对接。
