营业执照是公司办理各种事物都需要用的到的东西，一旦丢失后我们想要补办需要准备哪些材料呢? (1)法定代表人签署、企业/公司加盖公章的《企业营业执照补换申请表》;为营业单位的，提交负责人签署、企业盖章的《企业营业执照补换申请表》。

(2)法定代表人签署的营业执照遗失补领/换发申请报告(内容包括：执照遗失的情况;由公司/企业加盖公章)。 (3)公司/企业签署的《指定代表或者共同委托代理人的证明》及指定代表或委托代理人的身份证件复印件)，应标明指定代表或者共同委托代理人的办理事项、权限、授权期限。

(4)刊登记营业执照遗失并声明作废公告的报纸报样(因损坏、年检章盖满而补领营业执照的，无需提交)。 (5)company(enterprise)营业执照副本(营业执照全部遗失无法提交的则无需提交)。 营业执照不得转借他人，不得出卖营业执照，不得出租营业执照，不得涂改营业执照，更不得伪造营业执照。
