营业性演出许可证是指以营利为目的为公众举办的现场文艺表演活动。
无论是国外来华演出，还是大陆、港澳台的演出，都属于营业性演出，凡是涉及以下表演活动，具体有以营利为目的、通过售票或者接受赞助的，支付演出单位或者个人报酬的，以演出为媒介进行广告宣传或者产品促销的，以其他营利方式组织演出的方式为公众举办现场文艺表演活动的，均需通过相关文化单位的审核，审核通过颁发许可证件——营业性演出许可证。
深圳营业性演出许可证办理具体条件：(one)经营范围里必须要有演出经纪(two)港澳台外资除外需另外添加条件(three)实体办公地址（不需要核查,好不要提供集中区的注册地址）(Four)有3名以上专职演出经纪人员（演出经纪资格证）。
