Application conditions
：1、有与开展广播电视节目制作经营业务相适应的资金和技术设备，其中注册资金不得少于300万元;2、在申请之日前三年，其法定代表人无违法违规记录或机构无被吊销过《广播电视节目制作经营许可证》的记录;3、真实有效的地址证明。
《影视制作许可证》申请需提交的资料：1、广播电视节目制作经营机构章程;2、法定代表人身份证明(复印件)及简历;3、主要管理人员(不少于三名)的广播电视及相关专业简历、业绩或曾参加相关专业培训证明等材料;4、经工商部门盖章的股东名单、持股比例材料;5、办公场地证明;6、business license;7、注册资金或会计师事务所的验资报告(半年内有效)。
