去年以来，益佰制药、通策医疗、恒康医疗、红日药业等上市公司也纷纷宣布构建医生集团。

激活万亿市场 今年2月发布的《关于修改〈医疗机构管理条例实施细则〉的决定》删除了“在职、因病退职或者停薪留职的医务人员不得申请设置医疗机构”这一禁止性规定；今年4月实施的《医师执业注册管理办法》为医师“一地注册，全省有效”提供了法律依据，且明确医师出来多点执业“不需经过原单位审核同意”。

广州大医汇医师多点执业共享平台创始人詹智勇接受中国证券报记者采访表示，政策的支持进一步释放医生的价值，让医生从固定执业走向多点执业。 据不完全统计，目前全国已经有300多家成规模的医生集团。

医师可以直接注册到医生集团，正式按诊断、治疗服务向病人收费，再向合作医疗机构支付平台使用费，这意味着医生集团已成为可独立开展业务的新业态。 詹智勇表示，“未来10年，共享医疗市场有望达到1万亿元的市场规模。
