要小心，不是所有店面都可以当公司地址租好的店面办不了营业执照深圳刘先生通过中介租了一件店面，准备用来开便利店的，但是他才刚刚开了十多天，就被别人投诉无证经营。可他去工商局办理营业执照，却办不了来，于是他就想要找中介要说法，但是中介的回复让他难以接受。

刘先生表示，因为打算开便利店，所以事先问过中介，对方跟他说是可以开店的。于是他就跟中介签了合同，合同上写了是住宅商用，40平方，租金是4800元。可是没过多久，被人举报无证经营刘先生也去了工商部门，但是工作人员却说，这里不能商用，只能做住宅。

而中介的工作人员说，他们也是因为房东有这个开店的证明，她们才把它挂出来的。这份证明是20多年前开发商跟房东签的。而之前这里也有人开店。现在只是转手到了刘先生的手上。但是在问到之前开店的人有没有营业执照时，中介表示不知道，跟自己没关系。
