2. 预先核名：请提供三个公司名称以上；建议核省名，注册资金见下面第3点；
3. 公司注册资金：1000万或以上（认缴，无需实缴）；
4. （二级）保安师证：3name，分别是法人1名、副总2名；
5. 三名高管除保安师证申请设立保安服务公司，应当向所在地市级人民政府公安机关提交申请书以及能够证明其符合以上规定条件的材料。
6. Accounting：1name，需提供《会计从业人员资格证书》及身份证复印件；
7. 车辆：2台，需要行驶证、驾驶证各二本；
8. 股东发起公司超一年经营需提供审计报告；
9. 办公场所面积：150平以上，需租赁合同、场地使用证明；
10. 设备材料清单

：取得保安服务许可证后超过6个月未办理工商登记的，保安服务许可证失效。
