申请港珠澳大桥粤港两地车牌的商务车辆有明确

车长不能超过6米，车的座位不能超过8个，往来粤港两地的车辆不能从事运营工作。

此次粤港两地政府经过多次商量确定的经港珠澳大桥粤港两地车牌的申请指标范围比之以往其他口岸的要更宽泛港珠澳车牌申请指标类别第1类是香港经大桥进入内地，并领取内地车牌的指标；第二类是内地经大桥进入香港，并领取香港车牌的指标。

指标有效期为5年，到期后按照届时规定条件延期，到期3年仍未办理延期的，指标将被注销，供其他符合条件的申请人使用。获得批准后，车辆在大桥通车后方可通行。

第1类是香港经大桥进入内地，并领取内地车牌的指标：对到我省投资的境外投资企业（个人），不论投资额多少，省内企业3年内（含申办当年）纳税额累计达到10万元人民币以上者就可以申办1辆通行港珠澳大桥口岸的商务车辆指标；纳税50万元人民币以上的，可申请第2辆；100万元人民币以上的可申办第3辆。

第二类是内地经大桥进入香港，并领取香港车牌的指标：在我省办理核准的国有企业、集体企业、私营企业，3年内（含申办当年）纳税累计100万元人民币以上，可以申请1辆内地经大桥出港商务车指标。
