Application conditions
：
- 注册资本500万元以上的已设立企业或者新设立企业，可以申请冠省名；
- 有3个以上控股子公司，母子公司注册资本总和5000万元以上，其中集团母公司注册资本3000万元以上的可以申请冠省名；
- 企业名称由国家市场监督管理总局核准或者名称冠以省、自治区、直辖市行政区划的，其分支机构名称可以申请使用“广东”“广东省”字样。
企业名称属于下列情形的，需办理冠省名企业名称登记：
- 以“广东”“广东省”作为行政区划或者名称中使用“广东”“广东省”字样的；
- 省级行政区划与地级以上市、县行政区划连用的；
- 企业分支机构在其隶属企业名称后使用“广东”“广东省”字样的。
冠省名企业名称的登记流程：申请人申请冠省名企业名称的，通过广东省企业名称自主申报服务系统自主申报企业名称，并依法向企业登记机关办理企业设立登记或者企业名称变更登记，无需办理企业名称预先核准。
申请人申请的冠省名企业名称涉及前置许可事项的，应当在办理企业设立登记或者企业名称变更登记前向企业登记机关申请企业名称预先核准。 申请人申请冠省名企业名称应当提交的申请材料和申请文书按照《广东省工商行政管理局商事登记提交材料规范》和《广东省工商行政管理局商事登记申请文书规范》的规定执行。
