Port communication广东茂名阳江河源保安服务许可证注册设立以及审批条件针对部分保安队伍形象差、素质低、培训不到位，部分保安公司重效益轻管理、挂靠现象和行业恶性竞争等相关问题。近日广东深圳市公安局组织保安服务公司等相关单位召开专门会议，决定从即日起至今年9月底开展全市保安行业清理整治行动。
对未经许可擅自提供保安服务，以挂靠、劳务派遣等方式变相从事保安服务等违法违规行为进行严厉查处。
申请设立保安服务公司，应当到省辖市公安局填报《保安服务公司申请表》，并提交下列材料：
- 股东发起人资料：company shareholders，请提供营业执照及公章；自然人股东，请提供身份证复印件及原件（原件在交件及验场地时必须需要）；
- 预先核名：请提供三个公司名称以上；建议核省名，注册资金见下面第3点；
- 公司注册资金：1000万或以上（认缴，无需实缴）；
- （二级）保安师证：3name，分别是法人1名、副总2名；
- 三名高管除保安师证申请设立保安服务公司，应当向所在地市级人民政府公安机关提交申请书以及能够证明其符合以上规定条件的材料。
- Accounting：1name，需提供《会计从业人员资格证书》及身份证复印件；
- 车辆：2台，需要行驶证、驾驶证各二本；
- 股东发起公司超一年经营需提供审计报告；
- 办公场所面积：150平以上，需租赁合同、场地使用证明；
- 设备材料清单
Things to note
：取得保安服务许可证后超过6个月未办理工商登记的，保安服务许可证失效。
