广东办理境外投资备案商务局审批流程

企业对外投资按照国家规定，需要先到所在地商务厅和发改委提交相关材料，进行企业境外投资备案，才能通过银行把资金合法地转到境外去。

1. 企业提交电子材料和纸质文件；
