Port communication深圳、珠海商事登记改革2013年3月1日起正式实施新版营业执照上没有“注册资本”根据《深圳经济特区商事登记若干规定》、《珠海经济特区商事登记条例》，从3月1日起，深圳、珠海均将在全市范围内实施商事登记改革。
两地自3月1日起启用《企业法人营业执照》、《非法人企业营业执照》、《分支机构营业执照》和《个体工商户营业执照》等4种新版营业执照。深圳、珠海两地新版营业执照与非试点地区的营业执照具有同等法律效力。
省工商局表示，根据有关规定自2013年3月1日起一年内，本地区的商事主体应向原登记机关申请换领商事主体营业执照。除主动申请外，商事主体在办理各类变更登记业务及年检时，可一并办理新营业执照的换发。详情请深圳。
