Port communication办理文物拍卖，首先需要先办理普通拍卖许可证，然后再升级成文物拍卖。单纯办理文物许可证时间大概44个工作日。按品种分为以下三类:(one)ceramics、ball、stone、Metalware, etc.;(two)painting and calligraphy、ancient books、Stamps、Manuscripts and documentation, etc.;(three)竹、paint、woodware、furniture、Textiles, etc.。
根据文物市场现状，为保护古遗址、古墓葬等不受破坏，对经营类文物从严控制。现未从事文物拍卖的拍卖企业申领许可证，暂批准其经营第二、三类文物或第二类文物。
办理文物许可证的材料：
- Application report；
- "Cultural Relics Auction License Application Form"；
- 《文物拍卖专业人员资格申报表》（其中省级文物行政部门意见须由专业人员所在地文物部门出具）；
- "Enterprise Legal Person Business License" issued by the industrial and commercial department and a copy of it；
- A copy of the "Auction Operation Approval Certificate" issued by the Commerce Department；
- 1000Copy of capital verification report for registered capital of more than RMB 10,000；
