文物拍卖许可证办理的时间需要多久

办理文物拍卖，首先需要先办理普通拍卖许可证，然后再升级成文物拍卖。单纯办理文物许可证时间大概44个工作日。按品种分为以下三类:(one)陶瓷、玉、石、金属器等;(two)书画、古籍、邮品、手稿及文献资料等;(three)竹、漆、木器、家具、纺织品等。

根据文物市场现状，为保护古遗址、古墓葬等不受破坏，对经营类文物从严控制。现未从事文物拍卖的拍卖企业申领许可证，暂批准其经营第二、三类文物或第二类文物。

办理文物许可证的材料：

1. 申请报告；
2. 《文物拍卖许可证申请表》；
3. 《文物拍卖专业人员资格申报表》（其中省级文物行政部门意见须由专业人员所在地文物部门出具）；
4. 工商部门核发的《企业法人营业执照》及副本复印件；
5. 商务部门核发的《拍卖经营批准证书》复印件；
6. 1000万元人民币以上注册资金的验资报告复印件；
