中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅近日印发《关于实施革命文物保护利用工程（2025－2025年）的意见》，明确提出打造红色旅游品牌，推出一批研学旅行和体验旅游精品线路，促进革命老区振兴发展。
“我们将以实施革命文物保护利用工程为助推器，在加强保护的基础上不断强化革命文物的研究利用，让历史来说话，让文物来说话，充分发挥革命文物资源在培育弘扬社会主义核心价值观方面的独特作用。
”饶权特别指出，要提高红色旅游发展的质量，依托革命文物资源，推出更多以红色文化为主题的研学旅行、体验旅游、休闲旅游项目，丰富红色旅游产品的文化内涵，提升红色旅游的服务质量。
