提供的材料有： 1、《外商投资企业批准证书》 《外商投资企业批准证书》，在国内设立的外资企业企业批准书是必不可少的。因此，EDI许可证申请前需要先取得《外商投资经营电信业务审定意见书》。
2、公司营业执照副本扫描件、公司章程；（工商调档）、公司法人身份证扫描件、股东的相关证件、公司股权结构图；； 3、公司主要管理人员和技术人员的身份证，资历证明和社保证明材料 4、、托管协议协议彩色扫描件和托管商IDC（互联网数据中心）资质证书复印件、互联网域名注册证书、租赁协议或房产证明。
对于在线数据处理与交易业务许可证的申请，一般工业和信息化部或省、自治区、直辖市通信管理局应当自收到申请之日60日内审查完毕，作出批准或者不予批准的决定。
