企业莲塘口岸粤Z车牌（从香港到内地的两地车牌）办理条件：境外投资者到广东省投资，上一年度纳税数额达到15万元以上的可申请1辆入出内地商务车辆牌证；上一年度的纳税数额须到50万元以上的可申请第2辆入出内地商务车辆牌证；上一年度的纳税数额达到100万元以上的可申请3辆入出内地商务车辆牌证；从申办第4辆商务车指标起，上一年度的纳税数额每增加100万元即可增办1辆商务车指标，多不超过15辆。
