而就在近几日，工信部终于发布了关于2025年电信行业年报改革之后的新的年检方式，和以往不一样的是今年的年检简化了盖章的流程，而是改为了公示制，于此同时还重点的强调了网络信息安全这一部分! 究竟是什么样的企业需要报送年报的? 在上年12月31日前取得电信业务经营许可证，且许可证在有效期内的企业，应按照规定履行年报义务。
对年报的报送时间有什么限制? 所有取得电信行业资质许可证的都需要在次年的3月31日之前报送自己上一年公司的年报信息。
没有年报的话会有什么后果? 普通公司没有报送年报会被列入异常经营，而电信业务经营的公司没有按照《电信业务经营许可管理办法》中的第三十八条报送年报，则会被电信管理机构列入电信业务经营的黑名单。 普通的公司被列入异常经营的黑名单之后，带来的后果都很严重，那么对于电信行业来说，则是有过之而不及。
