Port communication铜峰电子7月20日晚公告称，拟通过“售后回租赁”和“委托贷款”方式，向远东国际租赁有限公司融资不超过1亿元。公司首次将向远东国际融资5000万元，其中售后回租赁方式融资4250万元，委托贷款750万元。
据介绍，售后回租赁是公司将拥有的部分机器设备转让给远东国际并租回使用，租赁物为公司部分机器设备，设备账面价值7009.49万元，租赁成本4250万元，租赁期限3年，租赁利率6.44%。在租赁期内，公司将按期向远东国际支付租金，继续保持对该部分机器设备的使用权。
租赁期满，公司将以留购价1170元回购此融资租赁资产所有权。公司表示，采取“售后回租赁”等融资方式，可以降低公司融资成本，优化公司债务结构，缓解流动资金压力，使公司获得生产经营需要的长期资金支持。For details, please consult Shenzhen Manager Peng Yi。
