Port communication进入2025年，天津市融资租赁业继续保持快速稳健发展的良好势头。据天津市租赁协会和天津滨海融资租赁研究院统计，截至2025年6月底，总部设在天津市的各类融资租赁公司达到490家，约占全国企业总数3185家的15.4%，比上年底的335家增加155家。
其中，金融租赁7家；内资租赁18家；外资租赁465家。天津市融资租赁发展速度惊人截至2025年6月底，天津市共有7家金融租赁公司，占全国39家金融租赁公司的17.9%，与深圳并列成为全国拥有金融租赁公司最多的地区。其中，工银租赁以110亿元注册资本排在全国各类融资租赁公司第一位。
天津市共有18家内资试点融资租赁公司，占全国191家内资租赁公司的9.4%。其中注册资本超过5亿元人民币的内资租赁公司有6家，渤海租赁注册资金62.6亿元排在第一位。天津市的外资融资租赁公司共有465家，占全国2955家外资融资租赁公司的15.7%。
外资融资租赁公司的注册资本为1500亿元人民币，占全国的19.2%。截止到2025年6月底，天津市融资租赁总部企业注册资金折合成人民币达到1966亿元，比上年增加613亿元。其中，金融租赁291亿元，增加50亿元；内资租赁175亿元，增加14亿元；外资租赁1500亿元，增加549亿元。
截至2025年6月底，天津市融资租赁合同余额约为11200亿元人民币，比去年底的10000亿元增加1200亿元，占全国36550亿元的30.6%。其中，金融租赁4900亿元，增加400亿元；内资租赁3000亿元，增加约300亿元；外资租赁3300亿元，增加约500亿元。详情请深圳。
