Things to note

： ICP是每年的1月4号至3月31号进行年检， 如果没有按时年检或有违规和虚假信息，通信管理局将会吊销你公司的ICP证，并且处罚你3年之内不得再办理ICP许可证，我们都知道公司的每一个许可证都是公司的某一些经营范围的“通行证”，一旦被吊销，就意味着这些经营范围三年内无法继续经营下去，所以变更ICP许可证的时间点一定要把握好，最好是错开它的年检时间。
