为了赶在7月15日募集行为办法实行前备案，避免换合同等麻烦，前一阶段私募加急和券商等渠道沟通，扎堆在协会备案产品。基金业协会数据显示，上（7月11日到15日），在协会私募基金公示系统里，新增的备案私募产品达到1252只，远远高于前几600只左右的数量，也就是说有千只私募基金在新规前夜赶着备案。

1、通过基金从业资格考试。基金从业资格考试的考试科目含科目一《基金法律法规、职业道德与业务规范》及科目二《证券投资基金基础知识》。
根据中国基金业协会《关于基金从业资格考试有关事项的通知》（中基协字[2025]112号），符合相关考试成绩认可规定情形的，可视为通过基金从业资格考试。2、最近三年从事投资管理相关业务并符合相关资格认定条件。此类情形主要指最近三年从事资产管理相关业务，且管理资产年均规模1000万元以上。
3、已通过证券从业资格考试、期货从业资格考试、银行从业资格考试并符合相关资格认定条件；或者通过注册会计师资格考试、法律职业资格考试、资产评估师职业资格考试等金融相关资格考试并符合相关资格认定条件。
