- 独立法人公司，公司注册资金100万以上（不需要实缴）
- 公司属于内资企业（外资占股比例不能超过49%）
- 公司股东及法人持有中国身份证（股东及法人不能是外籍身份）
- 公司有独立的域名和网站名称,且网站已备案
- 有与开展经营活动相适应的资金和专业人员
- 涉及前置审批的业务平台，须先取得相关主管部门颁发的经营许可后，才可以申请ICP证。
