食品流通新规定根据《深圳市食品药品监督管理局关于调整部分食品药品审批事项有关

的通知》食品药品许可作出以下调整：取消保健品食品经营企业卫生许可证批发业务（俗称保健品销售许可）食品流通许可证作出如下调整：1、取消法人面签制度。

法人不用面签；2、预包装食品批发及电子商务类食品可以使用住宅地址；3、关于地址证明问题因租赁管理所停止办理租赁凭证，可以用租赁合同及出租方房屋产权证明复印件（俗称房产证的复印件）也就是说变革后的地址证明有4种：A、房产为自有的直接提供房产证复印件验原件B、房产为租赁的提供租赁凭证原件C、房产为租赁的也可提供租赁合同原件及出租方房屋产权证明复印件D、居委会、街道办、社区工作站等开具的场地使用证明本次变更针对的是地址问题，办理食品流通的其他相关资料不变。

关于地址证明问题的相关规定。餐饮同样适用。
