Four、到工商局办理公司注销备案 登报公示45天后，可以去公司登记的工商局办理公司注销备案，注销公司营业执照。通过后领取工商局出具的《准予注销登记通知书 》。 five、注销银行账户 到公司开户行注销公司的开户许可证和银行基本户等其他账户。
six、注销印章 公司注销时需要的资料： 1、公司清算组负责人签署的《公司注销登记申请书》。 2、公司签署的《指定代表或者共同委托代理人的证明》及指定代表或委托代理人的身份证复印件。 3、清算组成员《备案确认通知书》。 4、依照《公司法》作出的决议或者决定。
5、公司营业执照正副本原件以及公司公章、法人章、财务章。 6、公司银行基本户开户许可证。 7、Corporation，supervisor，Copy of shareholder ID card。 每个注销的步骤都有需要用到的资料。这个也是公司注销的为什么这么复杂的原因之一
