深圳猎头公司需要办理人力资源许可证吗

先需要去人力资源服务(人才中介)机构设立申请：

1. 人力资源服务机构申请登记表;
2. 所用场地的产权或租凭证明;
3. 不少于200万元注册资金证明材料;
4. 5名以上具有大专以上学历并经过相关培训从业人员证明材料;
5. 健全可行的工作章程、制度和开发人力资源服务的工作规则、安全管理制度;
6. 工商行政部门核发的《企业名称预先核准通知书》。

(一式两份)申请通过后，由省厅人力资源和社会保障部门核实批准后，颁发《人力资源服务许可证》，企业凭《人力资源服务许可证》和相关文件，可以申请人力资源服务营业。《人力资源服务许可证》是人力资源服务(人才中介)机构设立的必要前提条件。也是规范人力资源服务行业、提高人力资源服务行业门槛的有力保障。

办理人力资源许可证的流程：

1. 提交申请资料到相关部门进行审核;
2. 相关部门受理，进行资金的审核;
3. 勘察，相关部门进行实地考察
4. 审核通过，准予办理
5. 颁发证件。深圳人力资源许可证办理时长自申请审核自受理之日起20个工作日办结，每年需要年检一次，时间为1到3月。
