深圳文物拍卖许可证好办吗

想要开办文物拍卖公司首先须经所在地的省级（自治区、直辖市）文物行政部门审核同意后，向国家文物局申请文物拍卖许可证。只有审核过关以后才能开始办理文物拍卖许可证。申请文物拍卖许可证时，要提供相当多的资料，我给大家一一列举出来。

1. 拍卖企业设立时，所在地的省、自治区、直辖市拍卖行业管理部门的审核许可文件和工商行政管理部门颁发的营业执照复印件。
2. 注册资本的验资证明。需要至少100万人民币以上的注册资本。
3. 5名以上取得文物博物专业技术职务的文物拍卖专业人员的资格证明材料。

同时文物拍卖专业人员需要经过国家文物局认证，认定合格后发予从业资格证书。

1. 同时还要提交所在地的省、自治区、直辖市文物行政部门的审核意见。
2. 国家文物局会在收到申请之日起30个工作日内作出批准或者不批准的决定。决定批准的，发给文物拍卖许可证；决定不批准的，应当书面通知当事人并说明理由。
