申请危化品经营许可证需满足的条件

1. 符合条件的经营场所，提供二次消防批文
2. 至少一名主要负责人，和两名安全生产管理员须取得安全负责人证书和安全生产管理人员证书
3. 有健全的安全生产规章制度和岗位操作规程；
4. 有符合国家规定的危险化学品事故应急预案，并配备必要的应急救援器材、设备；
5. law、法规和国家标准或者行业标准规定的其他安全生产条件。

1. 企业网上申报;
2. 受理申报材料;
3. 审批人员初审;
4. 现场核查;
5. 发证机关审定;
6. 经审查，符合条件的颁发《中华人民共和国危险化学品经营许可证》。不符合条件的，书面通知申请单位。
