- 到广东省投资的国外、港澳台商户，在广东省境内上一年度纳税额满足下列条件可申请莲塘口岸车牌：
- 申办第1辆商务车指标的，上一年度纳税数额须达到15万元以上;
- 申办第2辆商务车指标的，上一年度的纳税数额须达到50万元以上;
- 申办第3辆商务车指标，上一年度的纳税数额须达到100万元以上;
- 从申办第4辆商务车指标起，上一年度的纳税数额每增加100万元即可增办1辆商务车指标，最多不超过15辆。
- 广东省企业上一年度纳税数额达到100万元以上的，可以申办1辆内地入出香港商务车指标。
