- 申办第2辆商务车指标的，上一年度的纳税数额须达到50万元以上;
- 申办第3辆商务车指标，上一年度的纳税数额须达到100万元以上;
- 从申办第4辆商务车指标起，上一年度的纳税数额每增加100万元即可增办1辆商务车指标，多不超过15辆。
