Port communication深圳湾车牌申请新规定指标新条件目前可通关的口岸有：皇岗口岸、文锦渡口岸、深圳湾口岸、沙头角口岸，港珠澳大桥口岸。前面四个通关口岸都是在深圳与香港相连，港珠澳大桥口岸属于珠海、澳门、香港三地连接。目前仍可以办理申请中港两地车牌的关口：深圳湾口岸，沙头角口岸。
而皇岗口岸，文锦渡口岸目前基本处于停止审批的阶段。深圳湾口岸（又称深圳湾旅检大楼）是深圳与香港之间一个陆路边境口岸，于2007年7月1日启用。深圳湾位于深圳市南山区蛇口东角头的一块填海地，占地117.9公顷。
口岸设有车辆转线设施，以配合香港相反的行车方向，然后通过深港西部通道的深圳湾公路大桥连接香港新界西北部的鳌磡石。

Application conditions
：
- 到广东省投资的国外、港澳台商户，其上一年度在广东省纳税数额符合以下条件的，可以申办港澳入出内地商务车指标：申办第1辆商务车指标的，上一年度纳税数额须达到15万元以上；申办第2辆商务车指标的，上一年度的纳税数额须达到50万元以上；申办第3辆商务车指标，上一年度的纳税数额须达到100万元以上；从申办第4辆商务车指标起，上一年度的纳税数额每增加100万元即可增办1辆商务车指标，最多不超过15辆。
- 广东省企业上一年度纳税数额达到100万元以上的，可以申办1辆内地入出香港商务车指标。
