深圳湾口岸FV车牌必须满足以下条件：
- Registered capital、年销售额、资产总额均在5000万元以上的国有、集体、private enterprise
- 在香港投资1000万以上港元，且在广东省办理过核准手续的国有、集体、private enterprise。满足以上两个条件后，即可办理一张深圳湾口岸FV车牌。
- 申请车牌的辆车长不得超过六米，总座位数不得超过8个。
