港信通深圳湾口岸是2007年开通使用的深港口岸，是通车年份短的大陆口岸，因为规模较大，深圳湾口岸每天的出入境旅客量也是相当可观的，从口岸开通至2011年6月30日，深圳湾边检站共验放出入境旅客7741万余人次，出入境车辆1057万余辆次，按照这个增长速度，到今天，深圳湾口岸的通车也日趋饱和，深圳湾车牌办理条件及流程相信很多投资者都有了解到。
深圳湾口岸车牌通关时间此口岸通关时间约为早上六时30分至晚上十二时，零点–早上6:30可转皇岗口岸，此关口特别之处在於其实行「一地两检」，即香港及中国内地边防人员在同一所大楼内进行检查工作；双方人员分别在不同但相近的地点，替旅客申请检查工作，但不会只由任何一方负责。这样的安排可以节省时间。

- 机动车和司机符合标准的彩色照片一张。
